IZVEŠTAJ O PROGRESU PROJEKTA ERASMUS+ PROJEKAT IZGRADNJE KAPACITETA NA POLJU VISOKOG OBRAZOVANJA: DIGITALNO EMITOVANJE I ŠIROKOPOJASNE TEHNOLOGIJE (DBBT) ERASMUS+ CAPACITY BUILDING IN THE FIELD OF HIGHER EDUCATION PROJECT: DIGITAL BROADCASTING AND BROADBAND TECHNOLOGIES (DBBT) IZVEŠTAJ O PROGRESU PROJEKTA PROGRESS REPORT ANALYSIS Technical University Ostrava(TUO) March, 28-29. 2017 Higher technical professional school in Zvecan

1. Implementirane aktivnosti - Activities implemented HTPSZ as a member of DBBT consortium has implemented all the activities according to activity plan and in its full capacity: WP1: Analysis, consulting and training – Several analysis and surveys has been done, such as consulting with partners form the business where extensive analysis of the needs in the area of digitalisation. Interview with 36 employees from 5 RTV stations has been conducted, showing a great interest and need for introduction of new study programme in this area. Letter of Intent has been signed with business partners about the future cooperation, while MoU has been signed with TV Herc. Interview with 61 students from 5 study programs showed that 90% of students are interested to continue its education in area of DBBT. Market analysis showed that professionals from the area of multimedia technologies have very good employment perspective. Result from the analysis has been used as a basis for creation of new study program. HTTPZ cooperated with other partners on Detail analysis of the structure of academic and vocational master study programmes in the field of ICT in WB countries drafting the first version of the new curriculum, as well as Comparative analysis of study programmes in the fields of DBBT from EU and ICT from WB.

1. Implementirane aktivnosti - Activities implemented WP2: Preparation of infrastructure – List of hardware has been drafted and finalised consulting partners from consortium. Hardware is in line with new created curriculum and final list has been approved by project coordinator. WP 4: Creation of new curriculum for vocational master studies in DBBT – Curriculum for the new study program has been created and approved by assigned reviewers – elected representatives from EU partner’s institution, taking into account advised corrections and adaptations. Principles and model for vocational master studies in the field of DBBT has been defined so as teachers' competencies and learning outcomes. No specific obstacle encountered so far. Delay from the initial plan was due to delayed grant agreement.

2. Obezbedjenje kvaliteta - Quality Assurance DBBT foresees comprehensive quality plan to secure high quality of the project and of obtained results. In this regard, Work Package 6 – Quality control and monitoring encompasses wide range of quality related activities, most of which develop continuously and parallel with all other project activities, during the whole project life. DBBT Committee for Quality Assurance consists of 13 members, one representative of each PP, and with responsible partner being HTPSZ who guide the whole process of quality control and monitoring; working methodology and quality standards has been adopted. Various indicators are used to internally measure project’s progress and the achievement of results. For every (tangible or intangible) project result, at least one indicator of progress is defined. Besides the indicators given in Logical Framework Matrix (of project application), work plan timeline is also used to verify whether the project progresses as initially foreseen. Obezbedjenje kvaliteta - Quality Assurance Quality Control & Monitoring Strategy together with Quality plan with foreseen results, progress and measurements has been approved by PMC & BQ Different roles are identified with reference to the development of the project activities and in particular the project quality assurance procedures: Task Leader (main author of the deliverable); Other partners involved in the activity (co-authors); WP Leader; Project Coordinator (PC); Quality Board (QB); The Steering Committee (SC). The quality assurance in DBBT includes four levels of quality control (1) Deliverable author, Task Leaders (2) Deliverable reviewers - WP Leaders, (3) Project Management Committee, and (4) Quality Board.

3. Vidljivost projekta - Project Visibility Within this WP, special attention is paid for promotion of the development of academic program among potential students. Different meetings with business partners have been organized in order to promote vocational master studies in the field of DBBT. A promotion has been performed by teachers, students and professionals from the business. 4. Oprema - Equipment At the time of producing of this report equipment is in status of purchase and delivery. School facilities have been prepared for equipment installation. Supplier has been selected and contract has been signed on March 21st. Tendering procedure was conducted in line with Guidelines for use of the Grant, paragraph 3.2.5.2 & 3.2.5.3. No significant change occurred comparing with the proposal. Equipment is going to be installed in already existing premises adapted for this purpose. 5. Novi studijski program – New study programe HTPSZ following project work plan, at this stage of the project has developed curriculum for the new study program, together with teacher competences. In the framework of DBBT project adequate equipment is to be provided and laboratory for practical exercises is to be equipped. Both curriculum and equipment list has been a subject of quality control by the assigned partners from EU countries. Final version has been approved bz School Council on March 21st, 2017. Book of curriculum is in process of preparation and is to be completed due to March 31st, 2017 according to deadline for submission of accreditation request to accreditation commission.
