New fee-setting method has two parts: Membership Category (flat fee based on size/type of institution) Service Module(s) (fee based on TDL hosted services used) Membership Category Services Module(s) Annual Membership Fee Not contracting separately for each service. Other information TDR fees implemented in full starting in 2017-18. Any other increase resulting from the change will be phased in over 3-year period. Contracts outlining changes will go out in July 2017 for the fiscal year staring Sept 1.
