Aging and Disability Resource Centers Mission and Vision for ADRCs To provide information and streamline access to services for all Texans seeking long-term care resources. To strengthen coordination across existing aging and disability service networks to decrease duplication and enhance efficient systems of access.

“No Wrong Door for individuals ” 22 Aging and Disability Resource Centers provide statewide coverage Streamlined access to long term services and supports Options Counseling – person-centered decision support to help people identify their unique needs and resources to meet those needs Individuals of all ages and incomes with LTSS needs
