Presentation transcript:

Lord God thank you for all the blessings and graces that we received this year and we pray that those same blessings continue to come our way in the coming year. God of love and of life, let us take time to look deep within ourselves and discover the gifts you have blessed us with. May we take the time to direct our lives in a way that best uses our own unique combination of gifts. May our education and experience help us discover where our strengths and interests lie. May our faith guide us in realizing our plans. May we always be open to the direction of the Spirit and never forget the love you have for each of us.

We ask this through Jesus, our Lord. Amen.   O GOD , when all is darkness and we feel our weakness and helplessness, give us the sense of Your presence, Your love, and Your strength. Help us to have perfect trust in Your protecting love and strengthening power, so that nothing may frighten or worry us, for, living close to You, we shall see Your hand, Your purpose, Your will through all things. God our Light, Shine in our lives with Hope and promise. Give us the right Vision so that we remain attentive to others during this holy season of advent, remind us to look for you in the small acts of kindness and love. We ask this through Jesus, our Lord. Amen.
