Presentation transcript:

Physical Science Physical Science is the study of matter and energy. In physical science, we study the nonliving environment. In grade 7, we will study life science, the living environment!

Two branches of Physical Science: Chemistry – We study of the interaction of atoms and molecules. Physics – Deals with the interactions of energy, matter, space, and time.

Why Study Physical Science? This branch of science is a part of our everyday life. This year, as we learn and grow, we will constantly be making connections between what we learn in our science class and everyday life.
