Step 1-Make sure the data on your worksheet is arranged properly for the type of chart you want to use.
Step 2 - Select the data you want to put into a chart.
Step 3- Click on the Chart Button from the Standard Toolbar Step 3- Click on the Chart Button from the Standard Toolbar. (shown to right)
Step 4 - Decide which kind of chart you want to make.
Step 5 - Click Next
Step 6- Decide which direction you want the data to go on the graph.
Step 7- Click Next
Step 8 - Click Next
Step 9 - Click the Finish button.
Step 10 - Move the chart anywhere in the document
