Summary Waikato Bays – generally membership at clubs lower than NZ average by 30% Waikato Bays strongest growing region in the country Larger proportion of junior players …but that could be a byproduct of growth? However, strong clubs not necessarily stagnating Important to keep the large clubs active and growing Affiliate membership an important dimension for city clubs … but also for smaller clubs rejuvenating and holiday hotspots
