A 42 years old lady was brought to me with severe Chest congestion following a pest control treatment in her house.

She had fever for last 6 days. Chest was full of rales and rhonchi.

Patient was chilly with marked weakness, Thirst for warm water > sitting, > by warmth < draft of air < fan.
