Sparfloxacin IS the most active agent (intrinsically !! ) against intracellular Listeria m. ;) 2. Sparfloxacin activity is enhanced by the presence of -IFN (-IFN and Sp DO cooperate !) Any suggestion ?? ( a big prize in Euros…) We don’t know the reasons… Why don’t you use fluoroquinolones ? too low intrinsic activity ... This is where we are ...
