Summary   KAUST is a fine example of universities in Saudi Arabia that is concerned with the personal development of its employees along with its own growth. In fact , KAUST giving good opportunities for their employees such as good salary and allowances which is encouraging them to follow their dreams. In my career I may face many challenge which will give me self -growth. Finally, there are many levels of position I can hold it, started with training instruction , lecturer , assistant professor and associate professor. In all positions I must have a specific Bachelor's Degree and a certain years of experience.
