Electronics Status 2 Roman Pots installed, 3rd pot and 4-6th assembled, rest in progress, mezzanines available, last batch of RP MB in mounting 1st quarter T1 under test in Genova, worked hard on noise issues, still some questions with respect to large frame 1st quarter T2 installed, second very soon, rest in assembly Printed Circuit boards issues HOST board (for all three subdetectors, main VME board in counting room) production relaunched, can still work with ‘bad’ ones RP hybrid : still some in reproduction after metallization problem T1 and T2 hybrid: lost ~ 250 hybrids in last production due to delamination – will be tight for assembly, is problem area - in discussion with the companies. Relaunched small quantity of pad hybrids Trigger mezzanines almost fully delivered (some to T1 remaining) CC mezzanines being finalized, last trigger mezzanines Electronics for electrical repeaters under test Interlock box layout finished – production to be launched

Electronics Status Technicians issue : Quench Protection System requires significant resources, also technicians from our group taken for this – in discussion with division for replacement, will not be enough, need help from the institutes (DCS boxes) Cabling : long distance cabling complete Cabling for racks in alcove and T2 rack to be completed/cleaned up Short cabling on 220 m stations to be verified, on 147 m stations to be done Short cabling to be done for T1, done for T2 Labeling and database update being finalized (with S. Bally), work almost finished for RP, T2, T1 still need update (short cables) Local optical fibers to be installed and connected during pots installation, need preparing in protection sleeve DCS & DSS (DCS rack, boxes in production), some cables to be (re)done (USC55), in discussion with CMS DSS to finalize connections Power supplies – need to repair OPFCs (increased protection) – need technician for ~ 1-2 days.
