Community & Urban Stabilization Program (CUSP) CUSP is facilitated by Wells Fargo team members and provides an opportunity to organizations that would otherwise not qualify though NCST’s programs. Organizations are eligible to receive one REO property at a time. The Program is open to 501(c)(3) organizations that have at least two years of operation experience and have a presence in the community in which they will receive properties. Experience or a mission in housing is not required for participation. Nonprofits interested in receiving an REO property via CUSP should apply through Wells Fargo: CUSP@wellsfargo.com The purpose of CUSP is to expand Wells Fargo’s REO Donation Program to faith-based and community organizations that are able to use these properties in the furtherance of their mission. © 2016 Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
