Changes made to the WA-LISTS in 2015 Category 6 Presentation: Ulrich Esselborn Germany 28 June 2016 Wassenaar Arrangement
Revised 6.A.2.a.3. Note 2.d Thermopile arrays A new decontrol note for thermopile arrays having less than 5,130 elements (pixels). Thermopiles are a technology in development for thermal detection and imaging. Resolution and quality are improving, but arrays having a small number of pixels give poor quality images.
New Note added to exclude from the controls mirrors specially designed 6.A.4.a.2 and 6.A.4.a.3. Lightweight optical mirrors New Note added to exclude from the controls mirrors specially designed to direct solar radiation for terrestrial heliostat installations Wassenaar Arrangement Wassenaar Arrangement
