Customer orders SEND-TIPID Customer Care logs orders in booking system Finance issues the SEND-TIPD airway bills and tags it in CAMS PUD Team delivers the SEND-TIPID airway bills & corresponding receptacle to customer, Collects Payment and Issues OR Finance activates the SEND-TIPID airway bills Delivery of SEND-TIPID airway bills and receptacle is next day, following the 1PM cut-off, otherwise the day after next.

POLICIES Delivery of Send Tipid orders is next day, when bookings are made on or before the 1PM cut-off, otherwise, the day after next. Payments accepted for Send-Tipd are cash Only Finance can activate the issued Send-Tipid, provided the remittance of the payment, Official Receipt and Supplies Requisition Form (SRF). All issued Send-Tipid with payment, OR and SRF must be activated next day on or before 9am. Send-Tipid transactions shall only be picked up at the address where it was initially registered. The Send-Tipid is for door to door transactions only. There shall be in no case of drop-off of Send-Tipid in any of the LBC branches. Send Tipid with provincial routes may be used for intra-city. Intra-city Send-Tipid shall not be honored for provincial deliveries. In the event the Send Tipid provincial route has been used, CDT shall create an exemption report, an additional report to the ‘CDT End of Day Report’ and shall include shipper and consignee details. The report shall be sent to Customer Care for call out for Shipper’s disposition and Finance for finance recording. In the event the shipper was found to habitually transact Intra-City Send-Tipid for provincial routes, Sales shall coordinate with shipper to present the instances of misuse of the Send-Tipid. Airway bills of Send Tipid are accountable form. A monthly report of issuance and usage shall be provided by Finance. If in the event the shipment has reached destination and was delivered to consignee

Conditions of SEND-TIPID No POD Returns Not for reselling No valuation charge Maximum liability for Documents is P200 and Non-Documents in P500 SEND-TIPID marked as provincial may be used for intra-city transactions
