RECONSTRUCTION To be readmitted into the Union, each former confederate states had to approve these Free Citizens Vote or Fat Cats Vomit! 13th Amendment-abolished slavery(F) 14th Amendment- Granted blacks citizenship (C) 15th Amendment- gave the right to vote (males only) (V)
