RESEARCH summary We have learned from sketching home designs that they take a lot of precision, planning, and time. Comparing prices of different products, their energy use and cost, and cost effectiveness. Looking at other ZEH’s has taught us that solar panels were a necessity. Testing the cooler/heat transfer allowed us to determine how many solar panels we would need.
