Standing or Flying? Sometimes we think that traditional vision permits us to fly. Though we only telling the right words from the past and stand still instead of changing.

1. An opportunity see better, understand better, cooperate better. One Belt – One Road initiative provides challenges, opportunities and threats for trade and trade barrier suspension, investments, banking, logistics and supply, innovations, new disruptive technologies utilization, commercial legislation, anti-terrorism and anti-drugs activities, etc. However the role of education in the list of possibilities creative initiatives should not be underestimated. VUCA, disruptive technologies and acceleration of change require more active common efforts of One Belt – One Road countries in the development of the new vision and values. And in the proper education and training of people. In other case the efforts and huge investments would not reach the goals they are designed to reach. (Small case-story of electronic black boards at one of previously famous Moscow University). We have to learn how to see the worlds by the eyes of our partners

.

2. An opportunity see better, understand better, cooperate better. Business schools and Universities of One Belt – One Road countries have to become collaborative leaders and to create synergetic effect of education and training for both business community and public service managers. To reach this goal we have to be ready to meet properly at least three mental and behavioral challenges and threats of multicultural cooperation: - the threat of traditional mentality, stereotypes and wrong cultural vision; (Stereotype picture) - inertia of one way cooperation vector and vision of new opportunities (Picture of TWO WINDOWS and transition to Eurasian cooperation); - ability to accept one way collaborative movement to increase the synergetic speed of mutual development. Sometimes even to change the previous direction (Small case-story at Bund of Shanghai)

Does the opportunity windows look to the East or West?

What forms of cooperation work?
