Important note about joining a WebEx Training Center session: All participants (including the Facilitator and Producer) should join the session using the Call Me feature so their audio is integrated with the web portion of the training. Integrated audio ensures that Breakout Sessions (if used in the training) function correctly. When participants join using the Call Me feature, a telephone icon that animates when someone speaks appears next to their name in the Participants panel. Participants who dial into the audio bridge separately show up as “Caller 1,” “Caller 2,” and so on appear in the Participants panel with no telephone icon next to their name. If this happens, the Producer should encourage those participants to hang up and rejoin the audio portion using the Call Me Feature (Audio menu > Join Teleconference, and look for Call Me window). To mute/unmute all participants: Participant menu > Mute All/Unmute All. To mute/unmute an individual participant: Participants panel > right-click a participant’s name > mute/unmute.
