Want more cupcakes? We need more staff! Increased demand within current markets Opportunities for new Markets South East West Coast Both bakery and corporate staff are working at full capacity. October 19, 2010 Kelli Costello

More cupcakes = more space Bakery Need to buy – not rent space! Money lost to rent Expansion limited by other tenants Long term investment currently affordable Corporate Offices Expanding marketing staff needs more space Currently no meeting room Limits presentation capabilities Requires rentals October 19, 2010 Kelli Costello

Current Organization From the Graphics assignment file, I used “control C” to copy the chart. I then used “control V” to paste the chart in the content box. Finally I sized the current box appropriately. Per question 10 of the assignment, I am adding notes to this slide. I will also add notes to slide 4. October 19, 2010 Kelli Costello

Revenue Revenue has steadily increased and should continue to do so after the first five years of KELCo, Inc.’s existence. After adding notes to this slide and the previous slide (slide 3), I went to file and selected the print option. Under the “Print what:” selections I chose “Notes Pages.” I then selected to print only pages 3 and 4 since these were the only pages with notes. October 19, 2010 Kelli Costello

Current Office Layout desk chair file cabinet trash can sofa window book shelf door small table Current office layout is not adaptable to all the needs of the company. Artist space and more flexibility for furniture and equipment space will allow offices to be better utilized and serve both customers and employees better. October 19, 2010 Kelli Costello

Current Suite Layout desk chair cabinet file can trash sofa window shelf book door table small desk chair cabinet file trash can sofa window shelf book door table small The two office layouts are identical. Current space does not allow for much differentiation. The inserted text boxes are not part of the slide layout and therefore do not appear on the outline view. October 19, 2010 Kelli Costello

New Site Opportunity The Fullbright Mills building (pictured left) is currently for sale and offers space for both office and baking facilities. October 19, 2010 Kelli Costello

New Location The image is from http://www.ixtapacantina.com/i/img_map_woburn.gif. After finding the image through an image search, I viewed the image as a “full size image,” right-clicked on the image and used the “copy image” command. I then pasted the image using “control v” in the content section of this slide. October 19, 2010 Kelli Costello
