Process December – Initiate Contact with High schools December Through March – Promote in High Schools, Applications Received April – Evaluate Applications for Distinguished Utahan Event Recipient (Top Honor) April – Distinguished Utahan Event Fundraiser April Through May – Rank Scholarship Recipients Determine Awards May Through June – Notify Students of Award or Not Awarded July – Process Payment of Scholarships to Colleges and Universities August - Field Questions from Schools and Recipients September – Golf Tournament Fundraiser October through November – Update Applications, Rubric, Contact Information
