Conclusion Since the beginning of SCI/163, I have known that this would ignite the passion I have in me for health, wellness, nutrition and fitness. Bringing these aspects fully into view again and being able to sit and reevaluate my current health conditions and fitness levels, has relit my candle of joy. I have been seeking for years for that ‘something’ I lost, and now I believe I have found it again. Now I know the freshness of the information in my mind will help me not only by keeping myself on the path back up to good health and fitness, but also strengthen my parenting skills for my children to embrace this way of life as well.
