Discuss how you designed your nutritious diet (mention your ideal calorie number). . I designed my nutritious diet according to my weight, my high and how many kilos or calories I should lose to be in a perfect and healthy body. There are many differences between my favorite diet and the nutritious diet. In my favorite diet, the total number is higher than the total number in the nutritious. The total number of calories in the favorite diet is 1412 while in the nutritious diet the total is 1128 which is good for my body. Also, in the nutritious diet the percentages of protein, carbohydrate, and fat are better than the percentages in my favorite diet: Protein 33.95% , Carbohydrate 56.38% , and Fat 9.66%.
