About the Workshop Training Center: The Vocational Training Center (also called the Workshop) is located inside of the Lexington Public Schools Administration Building Students attend the workshop to learn prevocational skills and appropriate work behavior Students from all LABBB programs are able to attend the workshop

Measuring and weighing

Sorting coupons

Making jewelry and crafts to sell to customers

Mailings: folding letters, sealing and labeling envelopes Cleaning the lunchroom: wiping the tables, putting the chairs up and down, and sweeping And…….

There is always lots of shredding to do!

There is also a mock store and mock library at the workshop to help students learn purchasing, shelving, and alphabetizing skills
