Dual Enrollment Requirements 16 years old and entering junior or senior year in high school. Minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.0 or 2.5 GPA for medical-related programs. Show responsibility through high school attendance and behavior.

Dual Enrollment Process Speak with your high school counselor. Obtain a dual enrollment application.  Return completed application to high school counselor, with all necessary signatures by designated deadline. March 31st Yolanda Singletary singletaryy@pcsb.org * For scheduling purposes many programs require enrollment to be completed by January of the students sophomore year.

Enrollment After Graduation Apply for Financial Aid – FAFSA (fafsa.ed.gov) Talk with the program counselor Monday – Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Friday – 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Shadow/Visit your program of interest Nursing – Fill out nursing packet / Take TEAS test in advance Register Two documents that prove FL Residency Application fees waived for students entering PTC directly after high school

Enrollment Dates May 30th start date – Registration begins April 19th. August 10th start date – Registration begins July 5th.
