National Data on E-Learning for Members
Applicants to each course from your country Data the E-Learning Team Currently Provides to Members ELAG Representatives on Request Applicants to each course from your country For prioritization As a record of who has been accepted for each course intake Overall completion rates for course for applicants from your country Where this is possible without identifying individuals This can be an issue where only one or two people are taking a course For this information the ELAG representative should request the data by emailing elearning@ihtsdo.org
Data we do not provide to Members We do not provide data on individual student progress or completion All those successfully completing a course have a certificate which can be automatically validated on the E-Learning Server You could use the entry data to ask people if they have successfully completed and if so invite them to submit their certificates
Future Plans for Data Provision / Publication We could offer the following additional options A Member contact page for those taking or completing the course This would be a message on the E-Learning server linking to a page containing details of a Member contact for their country An invitation to those completing an advanced* course to request inclusion on a public listed web page of course completers With or without details such as email address and grades * This does not include the Foundation course

Course Intakes, Capacity, Duration and Wait Time Foundation Monthly intakes Course duration up to 4 months (plus extension) No fixed limit on numbers Wait time from application to start date 2 to 6 weeks Implementation Intakes every four months Course duration 6 months (plus optional deferral) Limit of 100 per intake Wait time from application to start date 6 weeks to 8 months Content Development Theory Course duration 3 months (plus optional deferral) Limit of 40 per intake will rise to 80 from September intake
