Grade Settings Competition Management > Competition > Grades > Maintain Grades, Teams and Ladders > Edit Grade Name (mandatory) Ensure ‘Active’ is ticked (default) Grade Type (mandatory) Age qualification - where there is a maximum or minimum (or both) age limits for the grade, enter the date of birth as follows: No age restrictions: Leave both From and To DOB fields blank Maximum age restriction (eg player must be Under 17, Under 18 at a certain time within the season): Enter the earliest DOB the player can be in the From DOB field, leave the To DOB field blank Minimum age restriction (eg player must be Over 45, 50): Enter the latest DOB the player can be in the To DOB field, leave the From DOB field blank Minimum and Maximum age restriction (eg player must be between 16-18): Enter both To and From DOB fields Note: the DOB values must be updated every season. Players selected in teams where age restrictions apply who do not meet the age requirements will be listed in the Ineligible players in grades with age restriction exception report. Default match start time Recommend ticking ‘Set match status to Confirmed (Not Official) when entered by Competition Manager’ Require coach selected with team (optional) Player Points (premier grades?) Match Result Entry Settings (optional) Player score entry settings Recommend ticking ‘Player score locked when match is made official’ How many grades to setup? Premier & Reserve Grade? Result Types Competition Management > Competition > Competition Settings > Result Types Abandoned (No Match) should be selected as a match result when a match is abandoned in the FIRST HALF, no result stands. When a match is abandoned in the SECOND HALF the corresponding win – loss – draw match result stands and should be defaulted accordingly. Player Suspensions Exclusions Outcome Competition Management > People > Suspended/ Excluded Players Player Suspensions Exclusions Outcome Incident & Injury added to Notification Subscribers List – new in 2017 Name: Incident reported Description: An incident (i.e. red card or code of conduct breach) has been reported requiring a Player/Team official to appear before a judiciary hearing Name: Injury reported Description: An injury - serious or concussion has been reported Notifications sent to Comp admin and Club of Player/TO (also JO/Jos or ME/MEs for respective State/Association – if added to notifications subscribers list for incidents) Player Suspensions Exclusions Outcome case Incident/Injuries converted to Suspensions/Exclusions Outcome case (if required – Red card, serious* or concussion). Note also that Comp Admin can create a case (from a citing, from a referral) independent upon it being reported as an incident/injury in a match as described in 2 above. Notifications sent to Comp admin and Club of Player/TO (also JO/Jos, ME/MEs, for respective State/Association – if added to notifications subscribers list for incidents) Comp Admin communicates with MO/ARs, team managers, match day manager etc. to collate evidence files – SO report/video etc. Comp Admin uploads the evidence against the Incident case in Suspensions/Exclusions Outcome. These evidence files are stored in ARU’s AWS environment and are publicly accessible when a share link is generated by the Comp Admin. Comp Admin can communicate evidence file links for each file item they want to share. Case outcome – guilty or not guilty, confirmed or not confirmed. Automatically excluded for the exclusion period and not allowed to be selected on/from the Select team, Selected players team list or team officials list. Player appears in Unavailable players list with S acronym for suspended and C for concussed, Team officials simply cannot be selected from Team Officials drop down list and reportable on unavailable player’s report Suspensions/Exclusions Outcome report - available at Association and State level.
