Feedback
Feedback The students are getting access to clinics, wards and theatres. Being able to follow a patient is great. Covering a lot of the curriculum early in the year. Spending time in areas of interest e.g. acute medicine. Getting an insight into rural medicine and GP team.
Other Evaluations The website is a positive factor of the LIC supporting the students’ learning. Formative assessments indicate the students are able to perform at a good standard. Gaps in learning are being identified so they can be addressed. A bank of specialists in each region who support the LIC students is being developed. Developments to improve the ease of extracting data from the website needed. Highlight we have had useful input already but want to know form all specialities as we are training doctors
