IT/Sports TG Info Session IT Training/Sports TG Info Session is being held on TUESDAY 18th APRIL – 6:30pm in the downstairs meeting room at AFL Central Vic (45 Mundy Street, Bendigo) IMPORTANT for any new team managers or secretary’s that need to learn how to use the Sports TG system. This will include how to create team sheets, results entry, match day permits, plus a chance to ask any questions.

On match day, you are the main contact for your team. You will be the one responsible for approaching umpires or the opposition team. Please assure all paperwork is neat and legible.

Team Manager Kits Your TEAM will receive kits which contain: 2 x Team Managers & Coaches Handbooks 10 x combination of Timekeepers cards, Goal Umpire Cards, B&F cards 10 x Best & Fairest envelopes 10 x Match Day Results Envelopes 10 x BJFL Most Disciplined Club Award cards 10 x BJFL Most Disciplined Club Award envelopes 1 x Umpire Report Pad EACH PACK contains enough paperwork for 10 home games. The first team (home team) on the draw provides all paperwork. The BJFL will provide all paperwork and submit all results for finals games.
Umpire Reports If there has been a report made, make sure all relevant paperwork is placed inside the large Match Day Envelope. It must be indicated that there is a report enclosed, by marking with a cross in the ‘Umpire’s report enclosed’ box of the envelope. If a report has been made, at the time of entering results a courtesy e-mail to trevor.arnel@aflcentralvic.com.au outlining the details is required.
Submitting Paperwork The HOME TEAM is responsible for the entering of results into SportingPulse. Results are to be submitted AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (no later than 12.00noon the Monday following the Round) 16. The HOME TEAM is responsible for submitting Match Day Envelopes to: AFL Central Victoria Level 1, 45 Mundy Street, Bendigo AFTER HOURS. A letter box is situated at the front of the building. DURING BUSINESS HOURS are to be delivered in person on Level 1 If the home club is from out of town (Castlemaine, Kyneton, Maryborough and Woorinen) the Match Day Envelope must be received no later than Tuesday morning’s mail. If possible the away club to collect after the game and submit to the hub. (this is preferred)

Registration links, presenters and venues are TBC and will be communicated via the BJFL.
