How can we work together? DEVELOP PROJECT PARTNERSHIPS to: ATTRACT young people to the sector DEVELOP the existing workforce at all levels SUPPORT employers including SMEs

What do we need to do? SHARE INFORMATION ON NEED USE OUR NETWORKS TAKE RISKS / INNOVATE / TOLERATE (SOME) FAILURE Share info on need: is there a local requirement for training? We can help frame it to attract funding. Use our networks: to seek out training needs. Take risks: we can help mitigate that. Time to research & develop built in to TP & AO business models but generally not employers; particularly SMEs. We should take Government at their word: there is a large public purse looking for suitable projects. We can help articulate those projects to attract funding and facilitate their delivery. We can help create the market.
