Defining Similar Shapes In Geometry , two shapes are similar when the only difference Is size ( and possibly the need to move , turn or flip one around).

Examples of Similar Shapes

Defining Congruent Shapes It’s the same shape and size . Two shapes are congruent when you Turn, Flip and/ or Slide one so its fits exactly on the other.
