Life cycle of a koala Baby koalas are called joeys. Baby koalas are the size of a jelly bean. Koalas have one joey at a time. Koalas live more than 10 years in the wild. After one year a baby koala can live on its own.
Interesting facts of a koala Koalas nap a lot. Koalas are most active at night. Koalas are nocturnal. Owls, eagles, Dingoes and Pythons are a koala’s enemies. Koalas sleep up to18 to 20 hours a day.
