Agile for TS Activity Tracking Emphasis on information exchange – not control! Create high-level JIRA issues for each task (if not already existing) E.g. Port class ABC from FESA2->FESA3 Add specific watchers & allow comments from other sections Add labels to gather statistics Sprint created for each TS Assign the issues to the sprint Use Scrum board to move change status of issues ToDo->InProgress->Done Once the TS is finished, unfinished issues stay in backlog And can be assigned to the next TS for example

Summary BISW will try to organize TS planning using JIRA tools First attempt to organize like this came late so is very rough Focus is on keeping as light as possible Others from outside BISW can use the dedicated JIRA issues to update / communicate information Most EYETS tasks are well underway Some will start progress in coming days / weeks E.g. BWSLHC Many in-progress issues are almost done Interesting note 24 BISW entries on Smooth Upgrades Wiki versus 41 in our sprint! When developers have control in JIRA they can maintain the list better
