History and physical examination A 28-year-old woman who worked as a nurse presented with a 6 month history of left-sided back pain. She noticed the back pain on arising one morning, within a few weeks developed radiating left leg pain. She received for long medication as NSAD, muscle relaxants, pain killers but she had no improvement. SLR 60 degrees, no motor or sensory loss.
