Cape Town timeline

Cape Town: Bookings and practicalities Cape Town mid-December will be peak season! Expensive hotels and flights, few rooms available… Akademik Treshnikov will be located at V&A Waterfront, downtown Cape Town (very safe, very touristic) Thus: book your flights early, try to minimise nights in hotels, use block booking by EPFL for 17th December if necessary Sleeping on the ship will be possible from 18th December An informal get-together will be organised on 18th December in the evening in Cape Town, official events will take place on 19th and 20th December
