Today we are going to learn: Useful phrases for making arrangements How to use Present Continuous for making arrangements

An arrangement = plan, agreement, planned meeting To make an arrangement With the doctor With a friend With your boss Please call him and make an arrangement. = Please call him and organise a meeting. I have an arrangement with the doctor at 6.

T: Are you free tonight. Y: Oh, I’m afraid not. How about tomorrow T: Are you free tonight? Y: Oh, I’m afraid not. How about tomorrow? T: I’m having dinner with my relatives, so I can’t. Y: OK. How about Thursday? What are you doing in the morning? T: I think I’m free. Y: Ok, then how about Thursday morning at the British Council? T: Sounds good. Y: Great. See you then.
