The photo is showing the west side of the building and window configuration. The Pella Window Elevation Page 3 describe the materials and show the design for the rectangular windows.

The photo shows the windows on the first and second floor looking south from the interior of the building.

The photo shows the upper floor windows looking south from the interior of the building. Pella Window Elevation Page 3 show the configuration and details of the replacement windows. The grids and the more prominent column will replicate the existing. There will not be a latched/louver type mechanism in the new windows for security and energy efficiency.
