Amphibians Tadpoles eat algae. Adult frogs live mostly on land and eat bugs and insects.

Mammals Are born alive. Baby elephants drink only milk for the first two years of life.

Birds Hatch from eggs. Most young stay in the nest for 10-12 weeks. Eagles feed their young by tearing tiny pieces of meat from prey and placing them in the eaglet’s beak.

Reptiles Hatch from an egg as a small alligator. Young alligators eat insects, snails, frogs, fish, and ALMOST ANYTHING! Young alligators stay in the area where they were hatched until they are approximately two to three years old.
