Customer Dashboard Select the Customer Dashboard option to see quantity of CRM sent to guests and the status of our data feed from your PMS.

Customer Dashboard Recent CRM Activity Breakdown of each CRM piece, how many have been sent and the most recent date sent. Can use this to ensure pieces are continuously being emailed. The magnifying glass will populate the exact template that was sent to the guest for each piece. Recommend clicking through templates periodically to determine the pieces sent to guest are correct and display accurately. If email activity does not show correct dates, for example an RC hasn’t been sent out within 24 hrs, then contact Account Manager

Displays each CRM piece emailed each day for the last month. Customer Dashboard Daily/Monthly CRM Activity Cheat Sheet at bottom of screen to show full names of each CRM acronym. Displays each CRM piece emailed each day for the last month. Total of pieces sent out per hour. Useful when sending email blasts to show best time of day to send.

Customer Dashboard Computer “Heartbeat” data feed…. “Heartbeat” will give a view that the computer is turned on and connected to the internet with our software. Last Data feed and Completion of last data feed should always match up. If you see more than 200 minutes please contact your Account Manager.
