Topics include individual differences, applied motivational theory, job redesign, communication, conflict, stress, career management, contingency theory and systems theory. Diversity, ethics and a global perspective are integrated throughout the course. Topics include financial planning, forecasting and control, dividend policy, capital budgeting, working capital management; cash, credit, and asset management; and acquisition of funds through short and long-term borrowing. I’m a part of a lean six sigma team looking at reducing casing costs. I can use these statistical skills to analyze the data we are collecting.
