At KOBEYAKI we have a fresh approach to Japanese cuisine by providing healthy, creative, delicious and fresh made-to –order Japanese food

OUR CULTURE We want to build a community through our Food + our People + our Customers We can build a community that is passionate about the unique, healthy and exciting experience that we create at our restaurants We want to foster the idea that everyone has a stake in the company’s success and we can all work toward making the KOBEYAKI experience the best it can be..

The word simply means “GOOD CHANGE” KAIZEN Part of the culture at KOBEYAKI is shaped by the Japanese philosophy of KAIZEN The word simply means “GOOD CHANGE” It is a Japanese philosophy that focuses on consistently improving and changing for the better. These changes don’t have to be big or take place all at once. They can be simple, small or gradual changes to enhance the KOBEYAKI experience.

COMMUNITY Using multiple lines of communication we will employ our platform to engage our employees and our customers We will use this platform to create a culture that can evaluate ideas, identify problems, analyze opportunities and foster an organization-wide empowerment for action.

SO FAR KOBEYAKI has been serving great food since 2011 out of our flagship location in Chelsea – NYC Since then we have grown to a total four locations in and around NYC Chelsea- 7th Avenue btwn 26th & 27th Street Bryant Park- West 40th Street btwn 6th Ave and Bway Upper East Side- East 86th Street btwn 2nd Ave and 3rd Ave Madison Square Garden- “The World’s Greatest Arena”

The world's most successful mixed-use community NEXT STEP KOBEYAKI is opening up our next location for the first time out of NYC…. NEWPORT – JERSEY CITY The world's most successful mixed-use community The largest mixed-use development in the world is energizing the banks of the Hudson River - Newport, NJ. Work with views of a panoramic cityscape. Live just steps from a riverfront promenade. And know that Newport burnishes workplace vigor and community comforts with complete access to both Manhattan and surrounding metropolitan areas. Thanks to its meticulously thought out design, Newport makes business and residence a pleasure. This is the Newport Office Center, nearly 6 million square feet of Class A office space across eight sleek towers. The $10 billion Newport community will house about 30,000 residents in 9,000 apartments. Just one block from the Newport PATH station, the Newport Centre Mall beckons – a three-level, 1.2 million square-foot regional shopping center. The mall draws on both the local community and surrounding areas to attract some 13 million shoppers annually. Newport's Hudson River location affords it direct access to the PATH subway, North/South Light Rail, NJ Transit and several major highways.

VISION+ OPPORTUNITY KOBEYAKI is building up to be the market leader in “Japanese Fast Casual”. Market research firm Technomic Inc., named “fast-casual Asian” one of its “top 10 trends to watch for years to come”. KOBEYAKI has been recognized on the INC 5000 list for 2017 as one of the “fastest growing companies in America”. We currently serve the NYC market in locations with a diverse range of demographics. Chelsea - The thriving fashion district with a heavy concentration of new media businesses, residents and tourists. Bryant Park - One of most dense office markets in the country, near times square with abundant tourist traffic. Upper East Side - One of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the city with a very dense residential population. KOBEYAKI also operates a concession at Madison Square Garden – “The Worlds Greatest Arena” which is located in the Midtown West section of Manhattan. Our parent co. has entered into a license agreement to operate a KOBEYAKI restaurant at JFK Airport in Terminal 7. That licensed location will open in early 2018. KOBEYAKI will continue to expand and develop our brand in new markets as opportunities arise for this fast growing concept.

SOLID INVESTMENT + STRONG RETURN The KOBEYAKI group of companies was founded in 2011, has opened four successful locations in five years, and does not plan on slowing down any time soon. We know our business and have a clear path to success. By allowing everyone a chance to invest, we invite you into the KOBEYAKI Culture and along with it, a stake in the company’s success. Having been in business since 2011 the group currently has four thriving locations. We have a proven track record and are an established brand throughout the New York area. KOBEYAKI has been recognized on the INC 5000 list for 2017 as one of the fastest growing companies in America. Your investment in the Company provides the potential to return double your money and gives you access to the perks that come with being part of the Kobe Crew.

MANAGEMENT TEAM + ADVISORY BOARD Brian Kelly has been a lifelong entrepreneur. His diverse experience as an entrepreneur in both the restaurant and construction industries have been invaluable to the success of the KOBEYAKI concept.  Brian Konopka is a chef and restaurateur who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America as well as the New England Culinary Institute with degrees in both Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Business Management.  Salvador Barrera graduated from culinary school and went on to work in the kitchen of the thirty-unit Japanese concept Todai. Impressed by the young chef’s work ethic, meticulous skill and desire to learn, executive chef Eiko Takahashi took Salvador under her tutelage for five years, teaching him the ways of Japanese cooking and food preparation.
