Neighbourhood Planning and Infrastructure Bill Since the Neighbourhood Planning and Infrastructure Bill was announced in the May Queen’s speech the ‘Infrastructure’ element has been dropped Government now progressing the Neighbourhood Planning Bill. To include detail on; Neighbourhood planning, Planning conditions , The Compulsory Purchase Order procedure.
