General Meeting 2/16/2015

E-Week! Is Next Week! Monday (2/23) : Movie Night Madness! Tuesday (2/24) : Co-Op Panel! Wednesday (2/25) : Bingo! Thursday (2/26) : Code Golf! Friday (2/27) : Casino Night! 7 PM in Olin 120 for the Co-Op Panel, Tuesday. 8:15 PM is Bingo. Code golf will be at 7 PM. Need volunteers for Casino Night.

PLEASE COME SUPPORT HOW EVER YOU CAN!

Philanthropy For the week we will be participating in the Reuse a Shoe Also looking into a food drive. Are there any philanthropies that ESC could sponsor during the week? Looking into local food drive, any suggestions are welcomed.

Casino Night We need your help! 4:00pm Set up: 1 person to sit at the desk and direct people on where to go. 5-8 people to help set up chairs, bingo, decorations etc! 5pm Teachers Coming/Set up: 3 people to greet teachers that are coming to be dealers & explain rules show them where they are going 5 people to finish setting up

Casino Night 5:45pm: 6:00 till 8:00 pm: Potential students will be arriving 3 people to take care of food 5 people to help get people signed in/pass out tickets 6:00 till 8:00 pm: 2 – 3 people to run bingo 5 people walking around to talk to students answer questions 2 people to watch the door 2 people to take care of food

There will be no Bucks Night. Orgs are any of you interested in a Brewers game? Depending on the amount of people we will take a bus over! Contact Bobby Needed 30 people for Bucks game. Public bus can go to the Brewers game.

Next Meeting (3/2) Please ask your presidents to come to the meeting with you. Would like to talk about how ESC can collaborate the most efficiently with all of the organizations Will also talk about Blueprint.

We need a new treasurer! We will be holding elections on March 2nd If you are interested in the position for the rest of the year please email mara.thompson@mu.edu

Coffee Break is back! YAY! More information will be emailed. We will be asking for $1.00 donations for coffee.
