Take a look at this WW1 image in hole/tunnel Analysing a photograph Take a look at this WW1 image Study your photograph for 2 minutes to gain an overall impression of what you see. Then divide the photograph into 4 sections, study each individually to gain any new or more detailed information. List all the objects, people and activities that you can see. Now that you have looked at the image answer the following questions Who do you think took this photograph? When and where do you think this image was taken? What is missing from the image and why? Your Task Extended response task. Write a paragraph that describes what the conditions were like for men, women and children living in American during the Great Depression. Refer to the images you have looked closely at in your response. For example; For some of the soldiers fighting in the war conditions were fantastic, this can be seen in image A where a soldier can be seen sleeping in front of a warm cosy fire in what looks to be a 5 star hotel. This image is deceiving because the vast majority of soldiers that fought in the Great War did so in horrendous conditions this can be seen in images B and C…..
