e-Learning: Myths and realities e-Learning can not and should not replace other forms of learning. ‘Blended learning’ incorporates e-Learning with other learning methods. Students need to be trained to engage in and get the most out of e-Learning. An interest in technology does not invariably lead to a ‘buy in’ into e-Learning.
