Physical Effectiveness Pillar Strategy Alternate Workouts for PT to keep cadets motivated and involved. Create a Google Calendar, marking PT tests and help plan out workouts. Get other cadets within the company to plan PT days. Find leaders in each class to help motivate classmates for intramurals.
