The Truth About How to Be Free The truth of the gospel sets us free. Jesus’ death shows who He is. Jesus’ death shows His obedience to the Father. Jesus’ resurrection shows the Father’s presence with Him.

The Truth About How to Be Free The truth of the gospel sets us free. The truth of discipleship sets us free. Disciples are in His Word and know the truth. Disciples are free from the slavery of sin.

What does that mean to me? I need to believe that Jesus is who He said He is – the Messiah that came to deliver us from sin and hell! I need to follow Jesus’ example of total obedience to God.

What does that mean to me? I need to be immersed in God’s Word! It is the only way I will know the truth! I am free from the slavery of sin. Now I need to act like it!
