All stock sales and purchases from Invoices and Purchase Orders issued respectively, automatically update your stock levels in your Inventory module while the financial aspect of these transactions will simultaneously feed into your Cash Book and onto your Dashboard via the Reports module. However, this is a two-way relationship. In order to produce Quotes, Job Cards, Invoices and Purchases Orders effortlessly using the correct Stock codes and descriptions, you must maintain an accurate Stock Item List.
