Next time you find yourself IN THIS SITUATION! ask yourself…….. DO I NEED A SUPPORT WORKER? Every CNS should have one!

rESULTS The support worker provides approximately 7.5 hours support to each CNS per week (20% of CNS workload) to fulfil non-clinical, non-complex tasks allowing the nurses to utilise their specialist skills to provide maximum benefit to patients.

She frees up time within my working day… if she wasn’t there, I would be doing admin instead of hands on patient care and support I really couldn’t manage without Jessica’s help. She is so capable, has great ideas and gets things done
