Bellwork – 24 de agosto 1. How do I say “Do you prefer to swim or to skate? 2. How do you say “I have to take notes.” 3. How do you say “Today is the 25th of August?” 4. How do you say “It was nice to meet you?” 5. How do you say “You should read magazines.”

Last of the vocab for the unit!!  Hacer ejercicio (to exercise) Salir (to go out, to leave) Tocar música (to play music) Tocar un instrumento (to play an instrument) Practicar (to practice)

Preparar comida (make food) Comer (to eat) Beber (to drink) Viajar (to travel) Mirar (to watch, look at) Ir de compras (to go shopping)

2 locations En la escuela (at school) En casa (at home) These two locations can be added to the end of any sentence.

Practice on the left side Write the following in Spanish: I like to exercise at home. Do you like to practice at home? Can you play an instrument? Do you need to use the computer at home?

On the right side, I want you to draw a circle in the middle of the page and inside that circle write “Me gusta_______en la escuela”. Then draw arrows leaving each circle that point to the activities we have gone over in class during this unit. Draw a picture to represent that activity. Use color and creativity. Must have 10 on each page. Only 3 can overlap
