Grayson High School Gifted Program

Statistics Grayson serves 645 gifted students this year. Approximately 23% of Grayson High’s population is in our gifted program. There will be approximately 135 incoming 9th graders who will join our gifted program!

Gifted Courses Throughout High School We offer gifted courses in most disciplines, with the highest number in the 9th and 10th grade years. Gifted Electives include Gifted Directed Study and the Gifted Internship Program (11th and 12th).

Students taking credit for Physical Science in 8th are encouraged to take 4 years of science in high school. Students who sign up for AP Biology must be very hard workers and must anticipate completing a summer assignment.

Gifted sections available for 2 -4.
